The HRIS and Total Rewards Manager is responsible for managing all employee benefits programs, our new HRIS systems, and our compensation and recognition programs. He/she will play a key role in ensuring HR compliance in these areas and will recommend improvements, and changes to HR processes that will increase data integrity, reduce manual intervention, as well as identify and effectively respond to customer needs. Will be a subject matter expert in all areas and be responsible for reviewing the programs and systems to ensure highest level of effectiveness balanced with available resources.
